Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ½ cups whipped cream
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 400 g chocolate (yogurt)
  • 12 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 cake base (Vienna), 2 or 3 layers
  • 6 bars of chocolate (yogurt), for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Yogurts add flavor, and the quark freshens up the recipe nicely. Serves 12 pieces

Break up the yogurt and bring to a boil with the cream until completely melted. Let it cool, preferably overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, whip the yogurt cream and stir in the quark. Mix the gelatin with the cream according to the package instructions. In a cake ring, alternate layers of the base with the mixture, decorate with the remaining yogurt, and let it set.
