Yogurt cake with mandarins and cranberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, melted
  • 300 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 300 g flour
  • some flavoring, bitter almond
  • 1 jar cranberries
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • some powdered sugar
  • 200 g ground almonds

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Sheet cake

Drain the cranberries and mandarin oranges thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix the yogurt with the custard powder. Stir in the melted butter. Whisk the eggs and mix in. Mix the flour with the baking powder and almonds and fold in. Stir in the bitter almond flavoring. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet. Distribute the mandarin oranges and cranberries on top and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
