Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 400 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 tbsp brandy or milk if children eat the cookies
  • 4 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix 3.5% fat yogurt with 2 eggs, 75g sugar, and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Stir in 125g flour with 1 tablespoon brandy. Heat 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pan and fry the cookies until golden brown (1 tablespoon of batter per cookie). I make them for dessert on Sundays with ice cream and whipped cream.
