- 1 mango(s), ripe
- sugar, brown
- ½ tsp honey
- Lime juice
- 500 g yogurt
- 100 g crème fraîche

healthy and fruity dessert, easy and quick to make
Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces. Puree with 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, the honey, and a squeeze of lime juice. Season to taste and add more sugar and lime juice if desired. Combine the yogurt and crème fraîche, whisk until smooth, and season to taste with brown sugar. To serve, alternate layers of yogurt and mango puree in narrow glasses. Finally, sprinkle the dessert with a little brown sugar.
