Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt (3.5%)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 20 g cream cheese, etc.
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 10 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

with tortillas or other dip snacks

Peel the onion and garlic, chop them slightly finely, and blend them with the remaining ingredients in a blender.
