Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g natural yogurt, mild
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • ½ bunch chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fresh and simple

Squeeze the lime and mix the juice with the olive oil and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add the honey, yogurt, and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the finely chopped chives. You can adjust the desired consistency by adding a few tablespoons of water.
