Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • ½ tsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • n. B. herbs, mixed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix everything together and pour over the salad. It also works well as a dip.
