Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate, white or couverture
  • 200 g cream
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 2 orange(s), untreated
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 400 ml milk
  • 500 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 400 ml Cognac, 40% vol.
  • 100 ml spirit, 96% vol.

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Grate or cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt over low heat in a water bath while stirring. Continue stirring and gradually add the cream. Let cool. Sift the powdered sugar. Wash the oranges thoroughly and finely grate the zest. Thoroughly mix the powdered sugar, orange zest, chili, and milk with the yogurt. Add the yogurt mixture to the chocolate cream, stirring continuously with a hand mixer. Continue stirring, then slowly add the cognac and spirit in a thin stream. Pour the finished liqueur into sterilized glass bottles and seal them tightly. Keep refrigerated and use soon. Makes approximately 2 liters. Shelf life: up to 2 weeks. Alcohol content: approximately 14% vol.
