Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
- 120 g sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 180 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 125 g natural yogurt
- 180 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then beat in the eggs and add the yogurt. Sift the flour with the baking powder and stir in. Fill the muffin tin with 2/3 of the batter and arrange the drained mandarins on top. Bake at 200°C (or 180°C fan-assisted) for 20-25 minutes.
