Yogurt-maple syrup dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk together all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. In winter, you can use frozen parsley and chives. Additional herbs can be added to taste. Tastes great with any leafy salad.
