Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 125 g mascarpone or double cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar, e.g. from Allnatura
- e.g. honey, liquid
- n. B. Nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the sugar with the mascarpone. Stir in the vanilla sugar and yogurt. Pour everything into glasses and drizzle with honey. Then decorate with nuts.
