Yogurt-mascarpone cream with honey and nuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 125 g mascarpone or double cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 8 g vanilla sugar, e.g. from Allnatura
  • e.g. honey, liquid
  • n. B. Nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the sugar with the mascarpone. Stir in the vanilla sugar and yogurt. Pour everything into glasses and drizzle with honey. Then decorate with nuts.
