Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 75 g Smarties
- 1 Egg
- 60 g Sugar
- 60 ml Oil
- 200 g Natural yoghurt
- Powdered sugar
- Paper cases
- Chocolateglaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Distribute the paper liners on the muffin tray.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and 50 g smarties together.
- Mix the egg, sugar, oil and yoghurt and stir well. Add the flour mixture and work it into a smooth dough.
- Distribute the dough evenly on the muffin molds and bake for about 20 minutes on the middle rack. Let cool down.
- Cover the muffins with the chocolate icing and decorate with the remaining Smarties.
