Lemon Yogurt Muffins
The perfect lemon yogurt muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 175 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 0,5 Pkg Baking powder
- 200 g Flour
- 150 g Lemon yogurt (e.g. Alpro soy or similar)
- 1 Pkg Lemon zest
- Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy, add the lemon zest.
- Mix flour with baking powder and sieve under.
- Stir in the yoghurt at the end.
- Divide the dough into 16 muffin molds (1 tablespoon each approx.) And heat at 180 C top / bottom heat for 25-30 minutes. to bake.
- These muffins are totally variable, you don’t like lemon? Then take natural yoghurt and add fruits of your choice or chocolate chips.
- For Wwler, swap the butter for half-fat margarine, then with 16 muffins one only has 3 pp. Good luck 🙂
