Lemon Yogurt Muffins

The perfect lemon yogurt muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 175 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0,5 Pkg Baking powder
  • 200 g Flour
  • 150 g Lemon yogurt (e.g. Alpro soy or similar)
  • 1 Pkg Lemon zest
  1. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy, add the lemon zest.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and sieve under.
  3. Stir in the yoghurt at the end.
  4. Divide the dough into 16 muffin molds (1 tablespoon each approx.) And heat at 180 C top / bottom heat for 25-30 minutes. to bake.
  5. These muffins are totally variable, you don’t like lemon? Then take natural yoghurt and add fruits of your choice or chocolate chips.
  6. For Wwler, swap the butter for half-fat margarine, then with 16 muffins one only has 3 pp. Good luck 🙂
