Yogurt muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup of yogurt, 200 ml
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with Quick Chef and in the Muffin Reigen

I use a 200 ml yogurt pot to measure. Add all ingredients one by one to the Quick Chef, mix well, and fill the muffin cups. This yields 14 muffins in the Tupperware Muffin Pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 to 30 minutes. Tip: There are many variations; try using flavored yogurt, such as strawberry, cherry, stracciatella, blueberry, etc.
