Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground
- 3 eggs
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g yogurt
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
simple muffins, makes about 12 pieces
Mix all ingredients together. Grease a muffin tin. Divide the mixture evenly among the holes. Bake the muffins at approximately 200°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes.
