Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • ¾ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder (or 1/2 tsp baking soda)
  • 1 cup(s) yogurt (fruit yogurt), mixed with milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with fruit yoghurt, without egg and without fat, makes about 25 biscuits

Makes about 25 cookies. Mix the oats with the sugar, flour, and baking powder. In a bowl, combine the fruit yogurt (flavor to taste) with a little milk until it reaches a runny consistency, then mix with the dry ingredients. The dough should have a sticky consistency (if it isn’t, simply add a little more oats or flour). With moistened hands, form small balls and flatten them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies at 200°C for about 20 minutes. If you prefer your cookies a little firmer, let them dry a little in the turned-off oven after the 20 minutes of baking.
