Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese
- 125 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
- 250 ml orange juice
Instructions

In a suitable container, mix the quark vigorously with a hand mixer. Add the yogurt and mix again. Stir in the fruit juice.
