Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 cups rice
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of tuna
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- oregano
- Thyme
- chili powder
- 100 g feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the rice in salted water. Finely dice the onion and sauté in olive oil. Briefly fry the grated carrot and crushed garlic, then deglaze with the passata. Add the corn and tuna, bring to a boil briefly, and season with the spices. Once the rice is cooked, mix with the sauce and pour into a baking dish. Thinly slice the feta and spread it over the casserole. Bake at 200°C until the cheese is melted.
