Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 25 g butter, melted
  • Milk
  • 75 g raisins
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g almond(s), chopped
  • 175 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Whisk together the yogurt, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift it over the dough, and knead everything into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush with butter. Mix the raisins with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and almonds and sprinkle evenly over the dough. Roll out the dough, starting at the shorter end, and cut into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Place these on a greased baking sheet, flatten slightly, and brush with milk. Bake at 175°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Whisk the icing sugar with the hot water until smooth and spread the icing on the still-warm snails.
