Ingredients
 

  • 350 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 350 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Pinch of sugar

Instructions
 

  • First, roughly knead all ingredients with the dough hook of the hand mixer and then knead on a lightly floured surface with your hands until a smooth dough is formed. Shape it into a ball, plate it a little and cut into 6 parts. Shape each portion into a ball and place on a tray lined with foil or baking paper. Brush the surface with water and sprinkle some flour over it.
  • The baking time is 20 minutes on the second rack from the bottom. You can freeze it and bake it again.
