Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pinch of lemon peel
- 150 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 9 sheets of gelatin
- 3 cups of cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 600 g natural yogurt
- 1 can/n tangerine(s)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Sheet cake
Make a batter from eggs, 150g sugar, lemon zest, flour, and baking powder. Spread it on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 10-15 minutes. Soften the gelatin according to the package instructions. Whip the cream. Add 100g sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in the natural yogurt. Squeeze out the gelatin, dissolve it, and stir it in. Spread the mixture over the sponge cake. Decorate the slices with the drained mandarins and refrigerate until ready to serve.
