Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 ladyfingers (spelt biscuits)
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 80 ml espresso
- 1 tbsp Amaretto
- 1 tbsp cocoa
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
It’s quick and lower in calories than the original.
Prepare the espresso, let it cool, and add the Amaretto. Soak the ladyfingers in the espresso. Layer the ladyfingers and Greek yogurt in a dessert bowl, then sift the cocoa powder over the top. Let it steep for 10 minutes and then enjoy.
