Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 shot of carbonated mineral water
- 300 g natural yogurt, or more intensely flavored vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp syrup (vanilla)
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 200 g corn flour
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- Fat, for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Variants: Chocolate – Hazelnut and Vanilla – Lemon – Wafers
Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg yolks, yogurt, vanilla sugar, vanilla pudding powder, and sugar with the dash of sparkling water until frothy. Then mix the baking powder with the flour and stir into the batter. Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla syrup. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter. Heat the waffle iron and grease it. Bake the waffles until golden brown. Serve with cranberries and whipped cream. Version 1: Chocolate pudding powder, hazelnut yogurt, chocolate syrup. Version 2: Vanilla pudding powder, lemon yogurt, a few drops of lemon flavoring.
