Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 2 small jars of brandy
  • ½ can tangerine(s)
  • 2 bottles of white wine
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ bottle of sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Peel and slice the bananas, and mix with the tangerines. Lightly sugar, pour over the brandy, and let it steep. After a while, top up with a bottle of wine and chill. After 1 hour, add the remaining wine and sparkling wine, season to taste with a little tangerine juice, and serve well chilled.
