Yogurt with grapes and caramelized walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
  • 20 grapes (seedless)
  • 10 walnuts
  • 10 tbsp maple syrup, (alternatively fir honey)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the grapes. Crush the walnuts in a mortar and pestle, then roast them in the maple syrup until caramelized. Layer the yogurt and grapes in an ice cream bowl or similar container and pour the syrup/walnut mixture over the top. Serve immediately.
