Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 60 g cornflakes
- 4 dl milk, hot
- 60 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, more to taste
- 50 g raisins
- 20 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g nuts, chopped
- 50 ml cream, whipped

Egyptian dessert
Mix the cornflakes with milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Pour half of the mixture into a well-greased, ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with a layer of chopped nuts, raisins, and coconut flakes. Cover with the remaining cornflake mixture and spread evenly with whipped cream. Bake in the center of the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the top layer is browned.
