Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 kg Greek yogurt, high fat content, drain for 2-3 hours
- 100 g almonds, blanched, coarsely chopped
- 100 g unsalted pistachios, shelled, coarsely chopped
- 5 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp cardamom powder

Lebanese
Roast the almonds and pistachios until golden. Don’t let them burn! In a small bowl, combine the honey and cinnamon, then fold in the roasted nuts. Season the yogurt with cardamom and divide into portions. Drizzle honey and nuts on each portion. Serve immediately. Instead of Greek yogurt, you can use plain yogurt with at least 3.7% fat or cream yogurt. Bulgarian yogurt is not suitable.
