Yogurt with honey – figs, pine nuts and lavender blossoms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g yogurt, Greek
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey, preferably lavender honey, but it is hard to get
  • 4 figs, very ripe, quartered
  • 4 tbsp sparkling wine, dry
  • 2 tbsp lavender
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, fold into the yogurt, and divide the mixture between 4 glass bowls. Heat the honey and sparkling wine in a small saucepan, add 2/3 of the lavender blossoms and the pine nuts. Briefly toss the figs in the mixture and divide the mixture between the bowls. Sprinkle with the remaining lavender blossoms.
