Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g yogurt, Greek
- 100 ml cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp honey, preferably lavender honey, but it is hard to get
- 4 figs, very ripe, quartered
- 4 tbsp sparkling wine, dry
- 2 tbsp lavender
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, fold into the yogurt, and divide the mixture between 4 glass bowls. Heat the honey and sparkling wine in a small saucepan, add 2/3 of the lavender blossoms and the pine nuts. Briefly toss the figs in the mixture and divide the mixture between the bowls. Sprinkle with the remaining lavender blossoms.
