Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g muesli (wholemeal muesli with fruit)
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 100 g low-fat yogurt
  • 50 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 orange(s)
  • ½ apple
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • ½ tsp honey
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the muesli in a bowl, core half an apple, and slice it into wedges. Mix together the yogurt, milk, lemon juice, and honey. Add the apple pieces and the yogurt milk to the muesli and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Squeeze the orange and half a lemon, mix with the buttermilk, and enjoy in a chilled glass with the muesli.
