the kids love it and they can do it themselves

Make a quark and oil dough from the first 10 ingredients. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly by hand or in a food processor. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut a goose shape out of a piece of cardboard and, using the template, cut out 15 geese from the dough! Place these geese on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees (top and bottom heat) for 15 minutes! Once cooled, make a glaze from the lemon juice and powdered sugar and glaze the geese with it. Then use raisins for eyes to decorate, or simply decorate with sugar sprinkles!
