Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 300 g minced beef
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes, diced
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- n. B. onion(s)
- some paprika powder
- e.g. salt and pepper
- possibly Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Zucchini spaghetti, low carb
Wash the two zucchinis and cut them into noodles using a spiralizer. Dice the tomatoes. Chop the garlic. Dice the onions (amount as per instructions) and fry them in a pan until translucent. Then add the ground beef. When the ground beef is cooked to your desired degree, add the tomato paste and garlic and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with the diced tomatoes and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the zucchini noodles to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or similar before serving, if desired. For 2 servings, one serving has 394 kcal.
