Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the zucchini and cucumber, grate them finely, and place them in a bowl. For the dressing, crush the garlic and mix with the oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the finished dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
