Zucchini and pea smoothie à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g zucchini, finely chopped
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 1 tbsp thyme leaves
  • 600 ml vegetable broth, possibly from instant powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • ¼ bunch chives, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely puree the zucchini, peas, thyme and vegetable stock with a hand blender, season with lemon juice, pepper and nutmeg, pour into glasses and serve sprinkled with chives.
