Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g savoy cabbage leaves without midrib, roughly chopped
- 300 g avocado(s), peeled, pitted
- ½ bunch chives
- 700 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Blend the savoy cabbage, avocado, chives, orange juice and lemon juice until creamy.
