Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g savoy cabbage leaves without midrib, roughly chopped
  • 300 g avocado(s), peeled, pitted
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 700 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the savoy cabbage, avocado, chives, orange juice and lemon juice until creamy.
