Zucchini cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g zucchini, grated (without peel)
  • 400 g flour
  • 350 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g nuts, ground
  • 250 ml oil
  • 1 ½ packets of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • If desired, add chocolate shavings or chocolate glaze to the finished cake

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Spread the batter onto a large baking sheet and bake at medium heat for 30-40 minutes. If you didn’t mix in any chocolate shavings, cover the cake with chocolate glaze.
