Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground
- 3 tbsp water
- 200 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 100 g chocolate, cooking chocolate in cubes
- 200 g zucchini, coarsely grated (grated)

very tasty and moist cake
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cream together softened butter, sugar, salt, and eggs until fluffy. Stir together hazelnuts, water, flour, and baking powder. Stir in the cooking chocolate and zucchini. Line a 30 cm cake pan with baking paper. Bake for approximately 60 minutes.
