Zucchini cake with nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cup(s) zucchini, grated
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup nuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine everything in a bowl and stir for 3 minutes. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 190°C.
