Zucchini Chips
The perfect zucchini chips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Zucchini fresh
- Wash the zucchini (do not peel) and halve in length, cut very thin slices with a cucumber slicer or a knife. Spread generously on baking sheets lined with baking paper and dry in a preheated oven at 50 – 60 degrees. So that the water vapor can escape, leave the oven door slightly open or clamp a wooden spoon in between. Convection ovens are best.
