Super Hot Asian Sauce
The perfect super hot asian sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 ml Fish sauce
- 2 piece Lemons
- 8 piece Chilli fresh
- 3 tbsp Sesame
- 1 piece Fresh ginger the size of a thumb
- Fresh coriander
- Water
- Put the fish sauce in a bowl, finely chop the chillies and add them. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the bowl. Finely grate the ginger with a grater and add. Finely chop the coriander and add to the sauce along with the sesame seeds. Add a little water so that it isn’t too salty, done. This sauce goes well with fish, rice etc. and is an absolute must for Thai grilling (Muh Ka Ta).
