Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 3 zucchinis
- 125 ml milk
- 200 ml whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the chicken broth. Chop the zucchini and cook in the broth for about 10-15 minutes until soft, then puree. Add the milk and cream and heat over medium heat. Do not boil again.
