Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 zucchini (depending on size)
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple, perfect with pasta

Finely dice the onion. Heat the olive oil and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Meanwhile, cut the ham into thin strips and the zucchini into thin slices. Add the ham to the onions and let it brown. Now add the zucchini slices and sauté. Deglaze with cream and water, reduce, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan. You can, of course, also add the Parmesan just before serving. We always serve it with tortellini, but tagliatelle or other pasta also goes very well.
