Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g tagliatelle or macaroni
- 500 g zucchini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g feta cheese, finely diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- some salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- 3 tbsp herbs, mixed, chopped as desired
- 3 tbsp pine nuts, roasted

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it drain well. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin sticks about 5 cm long and drizzle with lemon juice. Melt the butter and sauté the zucchini sticks in it for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper. Now add the garlic (you can also omit it). Stir in the hot pasta, diced feta cheese, and herbs. Toast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan without fat until golden brown, stirring constantly. Arrange the pasta on plates and sprinkle the pine nuts over the finished dish. Serve immediately. Tip: You can also use pasta from the previous day.
