- 1 can of tomatoes
- 0.33 can corn kernels

- 1 zucchini
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 80 g cheese, grated
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 small onion(s)

Lasagne without pasta or Moussaka, low in carbohydrates
Cut the bell peppers, onions, and garlic into small pieces, and slice the zucchini lengthwise. Brown the minced meat with the onions and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Season the can of tomatoes with paprika, garlic, oregano, and cumin, add, and simmer briefly. Add the corn last to keep it crisp. Meanwhile, sear the zucchini slices until crisp. Then layer everything in a baking dish. Start with the meat, then the crème fraîche, zucchini strips, meat, etc., until all the ingredients are used up. Finally, sprinkle with cheese. Set the oven to grill and bake everything until golden brown. The quantities and seasonings are, of course, variable. If you like, you can also add olives or carrots, etc.
