Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp Italian herbs (frozen)
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 2 zucchinis
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g cheese, grated

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Low-carb
Finely dice the onion and fry in a pan with a little oil. Then add the minced meat and fry. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and add the Italian herbs. Add the passata and tomato paste to the pan and season with broth and paprika. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the zucchini and trim the ends on both sides. Then slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices using a grater. Alternate layers of zucchini, crème fraîche, and the tomato and minced meat sauce in a baking dish. Spread a thin layer of crème fraîche over each zucchini slice. The last layer consists of zucchini and crème fraîche. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the lasagna in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes.
