Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 300 g broccoli
  • ½ vegetable onion(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Country woman’s recipe

Slice or floret the vegetables and blanch them one at a time in salted water for about 2 minutes, then place them in a casserole dish. Mix the cup of cream with the spices and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with the cheese. Then bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
