  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 125 g light mozzarella
  • 125 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Finely dice the onion, clean and thinly slice the mushrooms, and dice the zucchini. Sauté the diced onion in olive oil, add the mushrooms and zucchini, cover, and sauté for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place the sliced ​​mozzarella on top of the vegetables and let it melt. Add the soy cream and season with salt and pepper.
