Zucchini Pan with Mince
The perfect zucchini pan with mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced turkey
- 800 g Zucchini
- 200 g Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 Splash Citrus juice
- Salt, pepper, chives
- Fry the mince until crumbly
- Peel the zucchini and cut into crescents, add to the mince, add a little salt and cook covered for about 5 minutes
- Stir in sour cream and cream cheese and allow to thicken
- Season to taste with a splash of citrus juice and pepper and sprinkle with chives
- Tastes great with mashed potatoes, rice or spaetzle
