Zucchini Pan with Mince

The perfect zucchini pan with mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced turkey
  • 800 g Zucchini
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 Splash Citrus juice
  • Salt, pepper, chives
  1. Fry the mince until crumbly
  1. Peel the zucchini and cut into crescents, add to the mince, add a little salt and cook covered for about 5 minutes
  1. Stir in sour cream and cream cheese and allow to thicken
  1. Season to taste with a splash of citrus juice and pepper and sprinkle with chives
  1. Tastes great with mashed potatoes, rice or spaetzle
