Zucchini pasta sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • some oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 200 ml milk or cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very easy

Coarsely grate the zucchini. Heat the oil in a pan and add the zucchini. Sauté briefly, then add the milk and bring to a boil. Now simply add the broth to taste. You can also add a little more milk or cream if you prefer a thinner sauce.
