Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g wheat (durum wheat)
- 2 tbsp buckwheat
- 200 g water
- 100 g cream
- 50 g sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp paprika powder or curry
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 small zucchini or carrots, pumpkin or leaf spinach
- 1 tsp sea salt
- olive oil

Vitamin-rich whole foods
Coarsely grind the durum wheat and buckwheat, add water and cream, and soak. Dice the onion and fry it with the sunflower seeds in olive oil. Grate the zucchini and season with salt and paprika. Mix all ingredients well. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the batter, tablespoon at a time, until crispy.
