Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small zucchini
- 3 spring onions with green
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp cream (15%)
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with boiled potatoes, as a spread or grilled side dish
Wash the zucchini, remove the stems, and grate them into quarters using a gourmet grater. Wash the spring onions and slice them into small rings, including the green parts. Mix the quark with salt, pepper, cream, and cayenne pepper until smooth. Then stir in the zucchini and spring onions.
