Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced meat
- some oil
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 700 ml water
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- n. B. Nutmeg
- Fondor
- n. B. Herbs of your choice, e.g. thyme, marjoram, etc.
- 250 g rice, parboiled
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Finely chop the onions, press the garlic, and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Then add the minced meat and fry. Finely chop the bell peppers and zucchini and add them to the minced meat. Add the rice and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the water, then the tomato paste and seasonings. Simmer everything over medium heat for 10 minutes, then let it simmer for another 10 minutes without heat. Stir occasionally. This goes well with salad.
